Students’ Overall Evaluation of the Programme and College

Feedback Committee had taken feedback of the students. There were 46 respondents consisting 34 females and 12 males. Committee provided feedback forms to the students to fill the questionnaire. There are three types of questions 1. Educational 2. College and Administrative Infrastructure and 3. Extra-Curricular Activities. The analysis of the feedback form is as below.

1. Educational :

1. How frequently do you attend your Classes?
- All students attend classes regularly.

2. Are you communicated in advance about any change or cancellation in the schedule class?
- 100% students communicated to the teacher for any change and cancellation in the schedule class.

3. How often do you approach your teacher before or after the classes?
- 42( 91.30%) students approach to their teachers once a week, 02(4.35) Students approach once a
fortnight, only 02(4.35%)Students once a month.

4. Are your teachers available when you approach them during college working hours?
- 100 % students said that their teachers are available.

5. Do you find your teachers interesting and easy to understand?
- 100 % students said their teachers interesting and easy to understand.

6. Have you ever approached any of your teachers for career guidance and assistance?
- 100 % students said that teachers are approached for career guidance.

14 (30.43%) respondents take part in Kabbadi, 04 (08.69%) respondents take part in running. 10 (21.74%) respondents take part in cricket, 02( 04.34%) respondents take part in Kho-Kho.

- 28 (60.86%)respondents are involved in organizing any of these activities and 18 (39.13%)respondents aren’t involved in organizing any of these activities.

- 10 respondents anchoring in various programs, 06 respondents took part in vote of thanks of the college program.04 respondents wrote that they take part in all college activities.

- 43 (93.47%) respondents participate in activities of N.S.S , Red Ribbon Club organized in the college campus and 03(06.52%)respondents don’t participate.

- 43(93.47%) respondents have won prizes and awards for winning competitions, 03(06.52%)respondents haven’t got any prize.

9. Have you been a part of the organizing team of any of these activities and their event?
- 44(95.65%) respondents have been a part of the organizing team of any of these activities and their event. 02 respondents (04.34%) don’t take part in organizing team.

10. Do you think such cultural events and activities are useful and add to the all -round development of the students?
- All respondents think that such cultural events and activities are useful and add to the all-round development of the students.

4. Analysis of Parents Feedback :

College organized parents meeting under the chairmanship, Dr.V.N.Rane, principal of our college, total 25 parents were present. Meeting was held on 20 March 2021. Feedback committee collected feedback form from parents in this meeting. Dr Raut explained the feedback mechanism. Feedback was on curriculum, Dr.Raut requested to parents to tick their response freely. There were total 08 questions. These question’s analysis is as follows.

- 92% parents gave positive sign and 08 % parent was not agree to curriculum.

2. Do you have clear idea about the objectives of the curriculum?
- 96% parent had clear idea about the objectives and 04% hadn’t

3. Is the curriculum skill-oriented ?
- 96 % parent knew that college curriculum was skill oriented, curriculum developed their ward skill.

4. Has your son or daughter complained about any aspect of the curriculum?
- Only one parent had complained about aspect of the curriculum.24 parentshad no complained.

5. Does the curriculum match your son/daughter interest /aptitude ?
- All parents wrote that the curriculum was best; curriculum matched their son/daughter interest/aptitude.

6. Do you think that the curriculum will provide your son /daughter job opportunities?
- 96 % parents noted that curriculum provide new opportunities to our wards. When their ward will complete their degree. There will eligible for any job.

7. Have you discussed the relevance of the curriculum with teachers ?
- 16 out of 25 parents noted that they asked to teacher about curriculum and discussed about it.

ANALYSIS OF FEEDBACK REPORT 2020-2021:

Feedback Committee had organized meeting of alumni under the chairman, of the college, Dr.V.N. Rane. There were total 26 alumni present. Alumni Committee Coordinator, Dr.Sunil Chawale sir and Feedback committee coordinator, Dr. V. H.Raut were present on this occasion. Dr Raut addressed the meeting and expressed the view on the role of feedback committee, future class planning and development of the students. Prof. M.B. Bhaisare, IQAC coordinator was present. He explained that the feedback form was designed to seek the suggestions or comments of the alumni about the college.There were 17 multiply choice questions on four point scale - very good, good, satisfactory and unsatisfactory. The question asked were as follows.

1. The College is keeping up with the changing time.
- 100 % Students noted that the college was keeping up with the changing time.

2. The College is empowered to help students achieve their goal.
- 61.54 % students wrote that the college was empowered to help students achieve their goal very good and 38.46 % told that college doing good.

3. Students are well versed with information and communication technology used in classrooms.
- 65.38 % students wrote very good, 34.62 % students wrote good, students were well versed with information and communication technology used in classrooms.

4. The administration of the college is dynamic in nature.
- 69.23 % Alumni told very good, 30.77 % told that good, the administration of the college was dynamic in nature.

5. The College is equipped with sufficient number of computers.
- 57.69 % and 42.31% alumni told that very good and good respectively the college was equipped with sufficient number of computers.

6. College library is updated from time to time.
- 69.23 % alumni told very good, 23.08 % told good and 7.69 was satisfied about up gradation of college library.

7. College has long term plan for better future of students.
- 46.15 % Alumni told very good,46.15 % alumni good and 7.69 % were satisfied about college future plan for students

8. Satisfied with the sports and other facilities available in the college.
- 61.54 % alumni wrote very good, 30.77 alumni wrote good,07.69 % wrote they were satisfactory with the sports and other facilities available in the college

9. Enhancement in the quality of teachers over a period of time.
- 76.92 % alumni wrote very good, 23.08 % alumni wrote good, teacher had enhancement the their quality over a period of time.

10. Visible and marked benefits in students’ personalities from the enhanced quality of teachers.
- 88.46 % alumni wrote very good, 7.69 % Alumni wrote, 03.85 % alumni wrote they were satisfactory. Visible and marked benefits in students’ personalities from the enhanced quality of teachers.

11. College actively involves in social work.
- 34.62 % Alumni wrote very good, 46.15 % alumni wrote good, 19.23 % alumni wrote they were satisfactory. College actively involved in social work time to time

12. Help provided to the needy and poor students.
- 73.08 % alumni wrote very good, 11.54 % alumni wrote good, 11.54 % alumni wrote they were satisfied and 03.85 % alumni wrote they were not satisfied, College provided help to needy and poor students.

13. Yours contribution in the development of the college.
- 88.46 % Alumni wrote very good and 11.54 % alumni wrote good their contribution was in the development of college.

14. Students are motivated by valuing their efforts through periodic motivation in the form of prizes.

15. Students are trained to participate in cultural Programs ( Dance,Dramaetc)
- 88.46 % alumni wrote very good and 11.54 % alumni wrote good, Students were trained to participate in cultural Programs when they were regular students. College was called some trainee for training of students .( Dance,Dramaetc)

16. Satisfied with the facility provide for competitive guidance center.
- 65.38 % alumni wrote very good and 34.62 % alumni wrote good,college had provided satisfied facilities for competitive guidance. College had guidance cell.

17. Satisfied with the social activities taken up by the college.
- Fifty fifty percent alumni wrote very good and good, the college had took satisfied social activities.

16. Suggestion for holistic development of the college.
- There were total 26 respondents, but some respondent wrote suggestion.
